Lefse Love Puzzle

Warm potatoes, flour-dusted pastry cloths, melted butter, and strong coffee shared around the kitchen table, “Lefse Love” is a celebration of Scandinavian tradition and the memories made while rolling lefse together.

Packed with Nordic details, this cozy collage features the unmistakable tools of the trade, dishes with detailed rosemaling accents, a colorful Dala horse, a Norwegian flag towel, and all the accompaniments for a piece of lefse hot off the griddle.

You’ll notice handcrafted rolling pins and lefse sticks inspired by the beloved designs of Lokstad Products, a third-generation Minnesota family company known for helping keep lefse traditions alive. Every corner of the puzzle is filled with the warmth of family gatherings.

Designed by puzzlers for puzzlers, each puzzle is made in the USA with high-quality materials, custom artwork, and thoughtful details that make every piece fit just right.

Hi! I’m Melanie Rice,  a graphic designer based in the northwoods of Minnesota with over 30 years of experience in the creative world. While I offer a variety of design services, my main focus is on logo design and vector tracing—clean, crisp, and built to last. I don’t take on just any project; I like to work with people and brands that I truly connect with.

These days, my biggest passion is designing puzzles. Not your everyday puzzles, though—these are full of Minnesota charm, featuring whimsical hand-drawn (by me!) illustrations that highlight the beauty, quirks, and spirit of this great state. You’ll find them in shops around Minnesota, and they’re also available for wholesale if you’re looking to stock something unique and Minnesota-made!
